Green Palas Residences is an ongoing residential project notable for its modern architectural approach, spacious living areas, and balanced site layout.
Comprising a total of 90 apartments, the project features 40 units of 4+1 (170 m²), 40 units of 3+1 (134 m²), and 10 units of 2+1 (90 m²). Spanning an approximate construction area of 19,554 m², the complex is designed with a ground + 4 floors layout, indoor parking, and a structured community environment.
Jet grouting applications and foundational drainage systems are being strictly implemented to maximize ground safety.
Scheduled for completion in early 2027, the project aims to offer a balanced and sustainable living space through its eco-friendly design and well-planned structure.
